Or the Luāglõn as they call themselves. Rélîqûn is the title the Ôrnês use for them.
I give you, the majestic Rélîqûn. This is a female, they’re slightly bigger than the males, usually by a couple feet height and length wise, though sexual dimorphism ends at that.
Rélîqûn have a matriarchal society, with females being the main providers to the family, owners of property, and governing power within the culture. There are six distinct subspecies of Rélîqûn, this particular one depicted is the variety which evolved in the grasslands and is believed to be the closest in appearance to the original common ancestor. Though these different subspecies are visually quite different they can still all interbreed and produce viable, fertile offspring with traits of both parents.
